Website design and build services

As of January 2010 Illumen will no longer be offering website design and implementation services directly to customers.

All existing website design and build work will be passing to Gritt.com, a strategic partner that Illumen has worked with for a number of years and a company that many of our customers will already be familiar with.

John Griffiths, Managing Director of Gritt.com, has more than 15 years’ experience in the design industry and takes an active role in all clients’ website design development. Using his extensive experience of brand development, media rich technologies and knowledge of user interaction and navigation, John directs all visual communication and marketing to make sure it meets the client’s objectives in order to accomplish the success of the development.

Website hosting services

Illumen will continue to provide and develop high quality hosting infrastructure which clients can rely on now and in the future.

Our hosting plans have been revised and an overview is enclosed. The key change is that we have retracted our Standard plan and increased the limits on our Silver, Gold and Platinum plans. It is necessary to make these changes to ensure we continue to offer viable business-grade hosting that customers can rely on.

These hosting services will be offered directly to market and also via Gritt.com. Some exciting hosting service enhancements are on the horizon for 2010 - we’ll be letting you know about these over the coming months.
